The Ordinary – Lactic Acid 10% + HA – a water-based preparation containing alpha-hydroxy acid, i.e. lactic acid, which effectively exfoliates the surface of the skin, cleanses and deeply moisturises. Exfoliation is assisted by a purified Tasmanian pepper extract with a proven effect that reduces irritation and hypersensitivity that may be associated with the use of acids. The moisturising effect is supported by hyaluronic acid, thanks to which the elasticity of the skin is also increased. The pH value of the product is approximately 3.8. Lactic acid has a pKa value of 3.8 – this is the most important parameter when developing products using acids. The pKa value determines the strength of an acid.

How to use: Use once a day, preferably in the evening. Apply a small amount of the product to cleansed and dried skin of the face, neck and décolleté. Do not wash. Do not use several products with acids at the same time. It can be diluted by other preparations to reduce the intensity of action until the skin’s tolerance is increased. Avoid contact with eyes. If you experience persistent irritation, stop using and consult a doctor. This product contains alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), which can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight, and in particular the likelihood of sunburn. Use sunscreen and limit the time spent in the sun while using this product and for a week after it is finished.

Before the first use, perform an allergy test.
